Kids Child with history of LOC

A mother brings her 10 year old son to your office because he lost consciousness the day before while running. She says that he had similar episodes in the past, but he has never been seen by a doctor. She also states that he does not seem to be able to play as long as most of his friends. On physical examination you detect a systolic ejection murmur and find that the apical impulse is lateral to the mid clavicular line. Which one of the following is the most likely diagnosis?
1) mitral valve stenosis
2) aortic stenosis
3) coarctation of the aorta
4) aortic insufficiency
5) patent ductus arteriosus

maybe the child has some syndrome like william's with AS as a manifestation, and the PE is consistent for AS too.
