Kids Dysmorphic premature baby!

An 8-month-old female infant weighing 2.3kg(5lb), and born prematurely at 35 weeks' gestation after an affirmatively normal pregnancy, is presented to the clinic for a well-baby examination. Physical examination reveals specific facial trait with mild facial hypoplasia, epicanthal folds, micrognathia, long nasal philtrum, thin upper lip and short palpebral fissures. At the auscultation of the heart a III/VI harsh holosystolic murmur is heard over the precordium. She also has a mild developmental delay (cannot sit unsupported). The karyotype is normal. Which of the following is the most likely cause of these findings?

A. Maternal age
B. Moderate or excessive intake of alcohol during pregnancy
C. Treatment with lithium for maniac disorder
D. Maternal hyperglycemia
E. Infection with rubella during pregnancy
