Skin Neuropathy and skin lesion!

A 50-year-old man with bilateral numbness, burning pain and weakness of legs. There has been no trauma. He also has hyperkeratosis of skin of palms and soles. What is the most likely etiology of his condition?

A. Arsenic poisoning
B. Multiple sclerosis
C. Niacin deficiency
D. Polio virus
E. Tertiary syphilis

Think answer is A. because of the palms and soles hyperkeratosis, but not sure
