according to kaplan lec notes peds book, page 237

most accurate test is sural nerve biopsy

and workup is (cpk= normal & decrease nerve conduction velocity)

thanks i am confused because in MTB ck neurology section page 294

he said electromyography ...

but i think sural nerve biobsy most accurate ...
