Yo donīt worry. Just take another NBME ( i recommend 4, donīt take 7 cuz it is harder and will hurt your confidence ). Then take UW self assessment as it is the most predictible for CK. I had 212 in NBME 6 too ( 3 weeks before my exam), so i took NBME 4 and Then UWSA with 252 and 238 respectively. and my real score ended up being 230. Remember the real exam is a lot like UWorld, only a bit longer with more stressed added because it is the real deal. And donīt believe everything you read on this forum. Only use NBME to work on your weakness, they do not tell you real score. People have scored more or less then their NMBEs. It also depend on if you have a good day or not. Anything can hurt your score. the most important thing about this is telling yourself that you can do it and try to stay focus and calm the day of the exam, because you will make mistake. WE all do. Trust yourself. Good luck.

Nothing in particular, i just kept reading and doing questions. Like i said, NBMEs score sometimes depend on the day you are having. Because you will never be as concentrated as you will be the day of the real deal. That's why it is just an assessment tool an it is very subjective. don't do NBMEs to improve score, take them to learn from your weakness.
good luck !!
