Question 19 year old girl vomits after meals--commonly associated symptoms?

A 19 year old high school senior complains of feeling "fat and ugly" despite being extremely thin. She takes small amounts of food at meals and occasionally gags herself to induce vomiting after meals. Which of the following is commonly associated with this disorder?

A. Menorrhagia
B. Metrorrhagia
C. Loss of body hair
D. Bradycardia
E. Thrombocytopenia

D due to starvaion, i think it s anorexia nervosa...mostly seen in adolescence and girls-malnutriti0n

Answer is D bradycardia. Severe self induced weight loss with abnormal attitude towards food, weight and body image indicate anorexia nervosa.
Common symptoms are Ammenorhhea (not Metrorrhagia or Menorrhagia), constipation.
Physical exam reveals bradycardia, hypotension, hypercarotenic skin and lanugo-like bosy hair.
Decreased thyroid and pituitary are evident but not thrombocytopenia.
