Question From what score the '99' starts ???

can someone plz guide me how much score in 3 digits is a good score?
and from where the 99 score starts.

Recently three digit scores as low as 229 has been reported as 99 on the two digit score.

The two digit score is no longer going to be reported in ERAS, therefore you need to focus on the three digit score, for more information read here
NO MORE 2 Digit Score Scale for USMLE Steps!

Three digit scores higher than 230 are considered good
Three digit scores higher than 240 are considered very good
Three digit scores higher than 250 are considered excellent
Three digit scores higher than 260 are considered fantastic

CORRECTION:
I think 99 for step 2ck(now a days) starts from 226 ,not 229 as sabio wrote above
And i would say anything above 220 is good score
