no, you will not. You do not have to tell anyone about the lottery, only if you already filed for green card (like through family or work), or if you had won the lottery and submitted your application for immigrant visa, then you will be considered as having immigration intent. Lottery by itself means nothing.
Even if you had won the lottery but never filed for immigration, you will not be considered as having immigration intent.

Relax and start your preparation for tests.

hahah LOL, do you think US embassy officer will be searching your name in the lottery, in 50 mill. different names (or how many people are applying for lottery), do you know how many people might be with the same names from around the world there ??
Don't sweat about it. I always fill out lottery (last 5 years) for my parents, and they never had problems with their visas.
The only information they would verify is the one you put on your application. Application for visa just asks if you ever filed for green card, lottery is not the same as filing for green card. So don't even mention lottery participation, chances of winning probably less than in PowerBall lottery.

Okay, why would you tell officer that you want to immigrate to US and participate in lottery and you expect them to give you B1B2 nonimmigrant visa?
See, it does not make any sense and for officers everything you say and do during interview should make sense.
Let me tell you one thing, they would not ask if you participate in lottery unless you volunteer that information, and they have no means checking your application for lottery among millions of others during those 10 minutes of the interview.
on the other hand if you do tell them, they might ask why? and if you tell them because you want to immigrate to US, then you will never get nonimmigrant visa, because those two things are mutually exclusive.

thanks , i understood , they will not ask about lottery , and i will not say anything about it . so, i have next question : i am going to pass step3 in usa , after that find residency, find job , and get citizenship . isn't it an immigrant intent ? don't they understand that man who goes for usmle , wants to remain in usa ? if they ask me why i am going for usmle , i must answer : i shall work some time and go back home after ?

I cannot really tell you what you have to tell the officer, but not every one who is taking USMLE wants to remain in US. I know at least 3 doctors who need exams for fellowships and they are going back home after fellowships (they are not doing residencies).
So officers know that and they do not assume you are taking exams to remain in the US. You decide for yourself what you want to tell. I just simply say that they are not going to check your participation in the lottery. And since you did not even start your preparation, first pass steps and then think about getting residencies and jobs and citizenship. You have a long way before starting worrying about those type of things.
