interpretation of PAP smear

(ASC-US) how to continue then so confuse between KLN and UW

when to use accelerated pap 4 - 6 month and when repeat it 12 month??

so confuse in this area any one can give lines management of (ASA-US )

what difference between (ASA-US) AND (CIN1)

I think you mean ASC-US. There's different classifications. Ruchart's classification divides Pap smears into Negative, CIN I, CIN II, CIN III and invasive cancer. Bethesda's Classification divides Pap smears into within normal limits, ASC-US (undefined cellular atypia), ASC-H (high grade cellular atypia), LSIL, AGC-NOS (not otherwise specified), HSIL and invasive cancer. CIN I is basically the same as LSIL and CIN II is basically the same as CIN III. The management given in Gynecology UWorld questions is accurate I think. They have good algorithms for what to do for different lesions.
