Heart 10 year old with MI

A 1o y old boy bought to EM with h/o chest pain. he had fever since several days.on examination conjunctival inj,strawberry tongue ,cervical lymphadenopathy,polymorphous rash,edema of hand and feet are present.ecg is positive for MI.what is next step in management?

a.IV fibrinolytic
b.iv steroids
c.iv gammaglobulins
d.percutaneous angioplasty
e.coronary artery bypass surgery

yes answer is c iv gamma globins

iv fibrinolytics are used in acute strokeetc..like conditions not here
iv steroid is used in asthma,multiple sclerosis etc
coronary artery bypass surgery used in severe coronary artery disease
pci used in stenotic coronary artery

Yes aswer should be IVIg also aspirin is given
