Hi everybody.

Here's the latest AHA guideline for CPR. There are some important changes in this version that is not included in most USMLE books.

The main changes
1. Do NOT use atropine or lidocaine in cardiac arrest
2. Use procainamide, sotalol or amiodarone as first lines
3. Use capnography to ensure quality of CPR
4. And some other minor changes
