Stethoscope extra sound in early diastole

A 70 y old man with worsening of sob and dysnea on exertion. his bp and hr are normal, jvp, ascities and edema are all +. A loud high pitched extra sound heard in early diastole corresponding to early ventricular filling. Which is likely diagnosis?
a.pericardial effusion
b.pericardial tamponade
c.pericardities
d.constrictive pericarditis
e.restrictive cardiomyopathy

the sound is due to the expanding ventricles filling during diastole into a non compliant calcified/fibrosed pericardium. so every time the myocardium relaxes to fill, it is stopped abruptly by the pericardium. the other options just don't match the scenario

Answer is d. Constrictive pericarditis..since it could not relax well so during diastole so high pitched extra sound in early diastole...
