Stethoscope most likely complication

A 31 y old woman presents with 2 y history of palpitations. She denies chest pain. On examination pectus excavatum is present. Bp and hr normal. On auscultation late systolic murmur preceded by midsystolic click that increases with standing thoracic echo diagnose mvp. Most likely complication of mvp?
a.severe mr
b.mi
c.pe
d.vent. arrhythmia
e.chf
f.cva

answer is a.mr

mvp is clinical but confirmed by echo.Diagnosed in 10% of all healthy women.many are thin and few have minor chest wall abnormalities.most have benign coarse.complication are rare but occur due to thickened leaflet or chordae rupture which results in severe mr.other complication include endocardities,supra-ventricular arrhythmia,sudden death due to ventricular arrhythmia(rare).cva due to mva reported but not confirmed
