Question Mass in right labia majora

An 19 year old woman comes to your office with complaints of a mass in her vulvar area. When u take a look, you find a soft, fluctuant mass in the superior aspect of the right labia majora. The patient is asymptomatic. She tells you it has been present for several years and seems to be enlarging slightly. Which of the following is the most likely diagnosis?

A. Granuloma inguinal
B. Inguinal hernia
C. Vulvar varicosities
D. Cyst of the canal of nuck
E. Femoral hernia
