ObGyn Anti Rhogam and Abortion

Should we give Anti-D gamma globulin (RhoGAM) after a threatened abortion?

What is the RH antibody titer that is considered negative?

yes we give
Rhogam is given to Rh negative
women if they have an experience that has the potential to cause mixing of her and her baby’s blood. Impacts of Rh Negative Blood Factor in Pregnancy

Examples of things that can cause fetal and maternal blood to mix are: threatened or completed
miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, amniocentisis, chorionic villi sampling, external version, abortion and
abdominal trauma. A shot of Rhogam is effective for approximately 12 weeks. Therefore it must be
given whenever there is a risk of sensitization (i.e. after each potential sensitizing event and with each
pregnancy). Rhogam does not work after the woman has
become sensitized.
Rhogam is also routinely given to all Rh negative pregnant women at 28 weeks. Immediatley after the
birth a cord blood sample will be taken to find out the baby’s blood type and factor. If the baby is
Rh positive, the mother will be given a second dose of Rhogam. If the baby is Rh negative, the
mother is not given another dose of Rhogam.

Thanks alot
But whats about the antibody titer, is it right that any titer above 1:6 in any Rh -ve pregnant women should be considered as already sentisized and no use to give the anti-D IG?

Do we need to treat the partners of BV and candida vaginitis female patients?

Is there any clear diagram or table etc shows the different steps of managment and follow up needed for each pap smear result, its so confusing!
