Default When is c-section the answer?

When should you decide between c-s and vaginal? Not so much mandatory c-s, if not when can you allow it to be vaginal.

It all boils down to how fast you need the baby to be delivered. In assessing so these are key considerations:

1. Fetal jeopardy
2. Maternal jeopardy
3. Cervical ripeness

If there's a jeopardy and the cervix is far from ready (posterior, long, not even in active phase) then CS is your answer.

If there's potential danger but not imminent and no contraindications to VD then you can try vaginal. Hope this helps!
