Syringe Vaccinating this alcoholic man!

55 y/o alcoholic man with cirrhosis is hospitalized for 2 weeks in April for tx of GI bleeding. His last immunization of Td was 6 years ago. Which of the following is most appropriate management prior to discharge?

pneumococcal vaccine. the pt has chronic liver pathology that warrants administration of pneumovax before 65 yrs of age
