Poison A man with suspected poisoning

A 32 year old man is brought to the ER with sudden onset of unresponsiveness, miosis,bradycardia,diarrhea,salivation and muscle fasciculations . His vital signs are HR: 59 T : 36.8 BP: 110/70 RR 12. These findings suggest poisoning with which of the following?

A. Acetaminophen
B. Salicylates
C. Pesticides
D. Tryciclic antidepressants
E. Calcium channel blocker
