Default HELP! Suggestions on how to proceed!

What can i do if im getting 75-80% constant on UW second time, random timed mode. I feel i know most of the questions, not by memory but actually know the concepts. The ones that i miss are mistakes when reading or really not sure of the answer and picking one. What to do? I feel im just wasting time....remember i have failed 2 times before, so this is my last chance before giving up. I sometimes think my problem is not knowledge but test taking skills...and i have no idea how to work on that. No time issue either, im a fast reader. Pliz any suggestions would be appreciated. I wanna take it again in mid november!!

You need to do other question banks such as Kaplan or Rx, they might not be as good as UW but you probably know all of the questions in UW so it's not teaching you time management or other concepts. I don't think that doing UW few more times would do any good for your case. Start doing Kaplan qbank with random timed right away and see how it goes.

Default New study method

Hi I am new here, I've heard that this forum could be helpful at my situation, I was about to take my step 2 CK on November, and I said WAS because it was until yesterday that I decided to rescheduled my test due to a second failed NBME I just took. I am frustrated and some kind feel a lot of pressure now.
I took my step 1 for the first time 2 years ago, and even though I passed it at the first attempt It didn't go so well, so I really need to get a good score at this CK.
How do you study? even though I've read the USMLE books, first aid and just recently started uworld q bank there is something I am doing wrong because I am far from getting the score I need... And now I have a 3 month second chance, so I gotta do it right this time.
Please any advice is welcome!!!

Greetings from Costa Rica!

I used MTB 2 + 3 and uworld. That's all you need, stick to those.
Read every explanation in uworld until you're sure you understand the entire question and concept.
Read and re-read MTB 2 + 3.
Take another nbme in 3-4 weeks and see where you stand.
