Help How do I improve on normal growth and development and principles of management?

I took an NBME and got low scores in normal growth and development and principles of management. Normal growth and development seems like just pediatrics. I don't know how to review that other than Kaplan Peds and MTB? Also principles of management seems like such a general topic...does that mean I just need to review everything? Any help or advice is appreciated.

Normal growth and development means starting part of pead topic i,e immunization, growth all those topics. Principles of management means condition, investigation, treatment part but from which system?

If it mentioned pead then give fast reading of all system with main focus on management part like most common, best, likely, worst risk, decrease mortality, Rx for acute and chronic ....etc..Try first aid it is also considered good in forum..

If particular system not mentioned then depending on which phase of your reading if u have done 1 revision then do 2nd revision then go for another NBME....

Thanks for the advice! I appreciate it. I think I'll study the peds topics and do a cursory overview of MTB and FA focusing on the points you discussed. It didn't mention a particular system. I'll study and try another NBME in about a week. I hope it goes a bit better. I'm 10 points short of where I want to be.
