what's the difference between obsessive-compulsive personality disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder

OCD = ego-dystonic (Basically the patient is unhappy about their problem and wants a solution.)
vs.
OCPD = ego-syntonic (The patient often does not realize that they have a problem and therefore usually does not seek help for it.)

OCD = just related to obsessions and compulsions
vs.
OCPD = an all encompassing disorder where the patient is preoccupied with rules and details, inflexible and perfectionistic

Treatment
OCD = SSRIs
vs.
OCPD = Psychotherapy
