well congratulations you have built a nice foundation....thats a start..Now you have to buy Uworld which i think everyone agrees that it correlates more to step2...Its best to do in timed Unused because in the end its not about diagnosing the pathology but how fast you can do it and how fast you can find what the question is asking for...So you have to practice that...Go over each block wrong and right..Follow your graphs and half way thru test your self with nbme..strengthen what ever field you need to and take ur UWSA assessment....depending on your scores you can decide when to take it.. Best of luck to you...

remember everyone has the knowledge what separates pple is the application and impeccable timing....

it's not about being greedy, its the fact that he's done with everything that everybody does, including me. Once u're done with the kaplan stuff, u do uworld
which kaisMD has already commented on and after that, UWSA and an NBME to know how much u'll score. That's standard protocol, however i'd not be doing the offline kaplan qbank because everyone here supports uworld over kaplan and i don't have time to do it.

it's not about being greedy..maybe half the people are sailing in the same boat
i am in a similar situation here...took sept-nov triplet...
scored 54% in kaplan online in timed mode....which was not good score..should have scored above 60%
anyway did kaplan notes once again..
will start uw soon INSHALLAH....high expectations...i hope i dont let myself down...
too scared to start it though...
what i have been advised is to do kaplan Qbank once(which i did n realized what i lack)..
do uworld online twice..give a minimum 2 weeks last read n go ahead n take the exam...
wish me luck fellows:sorry:

I would stick to MTB2...its beautifull side by side with uworld..maybe even give it one read before u start UWorld...and ur day should consist of doing the question bank and going over everything while taking notes and MTB...and each day u focus on ur weakest subject from kaplan books to supplement these two... in the end internal medicine is 50% of the whole test so make sure u know everything about that...all the necessary stuff thats easy but annoying to remember like preventive n vaccinations and infectious tx.<<<try n notecard them for a quick look everyday and it 'll help u for a speedy review in the end too.....hopefully that helps...
