Default Not getting decent score :/

HI Guyz, so i have been studying Step 2 CK for decent time, i seem to be understanding most of the material, and getting a decent 70% on uworld second time, I took NBME 6 yesterday was hoping to get atleast 220 but not anywhere even close

I don't know what i am doing wrong, i went over the first block of NBME, i made ALOT of stupid mistakes, even while re reading the questions i feel like i am down to two choices and unless i search online to get the definite answer im still stuck on two choices, while reading explanation online and really useful NBME 6 discussion here i know those concepts i know the material but i just cant seem to extract that and do well on Questions, Any Suggestions??
