Could anyone please tell me all the congenital heart diseases and what's important to know in them... Is everything important or what?

As far as i know
associated murmur,
what maneuvers make murmur louder and milder,
which condition associated with cyanosis and which cyanosis appear early and which one at later stage( like at birth , infancy, childhood etc)
treatment choice ,investigation.

Pretty much everything is important to answer q in exam since we dont know what they prefer to ask in exam case scenario..
