Kids Doubts about Peds Prep!

I was so excited not to see all those lipid, glycogen storage diseases in lecture notes, but then yesterday I encountered lots of Q&A related to them while doing uworld that means we need to do them but I don't think we need to know them in very details like in step 1, basically I think it'll be enough if we can identify them with the specific features and deficient enzymes.
Ya, what about genetic diseases?. In step 1 we did all relative risk calculation, pedigrees, is that important to know them as well cause I have forgotten all about it and was wondering whether we need to know them .
one more thing, do we need to know weight and height development according to ages like what we did in our med school ?

Yes there will be genetics questions but not as frequently as in Step 1. Perhaps one or two questions in the entire CK exam.

Yes there will be questions asking about developmental milestones but you don't need to memorize the weight and height progress across ages.

Yes there will be questions about enzyme and vitamin deficiencies but not as frequent as in Step 1, perhaps 3-4 questions in the entire CK exam.
