Arrow MTB CK Errata (Errors and Corrections)

This new thread is published for you guys who use MTB-CK in their CK preparation ,,, This is a place to discuss the errors in MTB and try to agree on corrections for them ,, So let's start posting the Errors we find here and let's do an extensive discussion about this issue

Default MTB Step 2 Errata

p 382 - the graph states that cardiogenic shock will present with a decreased PCWP. It should actually present with an increased PCWP.

ISBN of this errata doesnt match my book. I bought 2013 edition recently. Do you have the link to latest errata Dr. Ahmed?
