Listening Just took NBME, now what??

Hey everyone! I just took NBME 2 and scored 490. which according to their table correlates to 228. I am very happy with this score BUT here's the deal.

I have only done uworld so far, haven't studied Kaplan notes yet and I think my step 1 prep helped me alot in CK study. Thank god I have scored good on NBME, now I want to review the shortest but good enough material. Any suggestions? I am thinking Kaplan notes for gyn/obs and psychiatry as scored low in these two. MTB or FA for the rest of the subjects but I am open to suggestions, please help me figure it out. :sorry:
