Kids Peds X rays

Can you please tell me about peds x-rays cause I don't seem to understand them as clearly as adult..
I mean I can't make out in X-rays what are they trying to convey without reading questions?

why would you even try to go to the xray without reading the question stem first? It even might be possible to answer a question without seeing the xray pic but never vice versa, so read the question first! Always.

Pediatric radiology is not easy for students with minimal pediatric experience.

ya i do read the questions in the beginning as they give maximum clues ,but when trying to interpret x-ray , I find hard to make out what all are there in X-ray according to the radiographic features they have mentioned in explanations ,i think i should take a chance to go with questions only in such cases.
