Default Edemic infectious Disease

A patient sets off on a trip to africa and returns back with nausea vommiting fever with no periodicity and increased muscle pain..Upon his departure he had no prophylaxis for the local endemic diseases...What is the most likely DX?
A---P.Ovale
B---P Vivax
C---P Malaria
D....P Falciparum
