ObGyn Classification of Fetal demise!

Kaplan CK Notes Obs book page 52

Definition fetal demise is in utero death of fetus after 20 wks

But in presentation & management, they divide into two groups of fetal demise < 20 wks & > 20 wks

Any one can help?

baby dead <20wks= spontaneous abortion (which is then classified into several types based on whether the products of conception are retained or extruded)

>20 wks is called fetal demise. Maybe he means that demise is classified into two categories based on its occurrence <20 wks or >20 wks.

seriously, i am also so stressed that i feel nothings in my mind right now and i've forgotten it all. I am revising my uworld notes about 150 pages and will do UWSA and NBME 4 in the coming few days once i am done with uworld notes and then a very rapid read of mtb2ck @ 100 pages/day.
Do you think its ok considering the limited time frame?
What r u upto? Still considering doing NBME 4 on aug 15th?
