how did You manage your time during the test?

Play it by ear. You'll feel great at first but the later blocks will tax you. I pretty much zoned out in block 7. Just remember the checking and signing happens at each break. It'll take a good 1-2 min.

This is a very important issue! I think its very important to take a break after each block to help clear your mind from the previous block and start the new block without having questions from the previous block stuck on your mind.
Personally, thats what i did after each break
-Block 1: no break. started the next block immediately
-Block 2: 5 min break
-Block 3: 15 min lunch break
-Remaining blocks: i had about 5-10 min break after each block

Try to take with you a small sandwich for lunch, plenty of high sugar snacks (i took plenty of chocolates), and an energy drink (even though am not a regular user of them, but i believe you need the caffiene boost in exam!)
