Heart Abdominal Pain after Coarctation Repair!

On the second day after repair of coarctation of aorta, a patient develops abdominal pain with some tenderness. Correct management for the patient's problem is most likely to include

1. antibiotics
2. antihypertensives
3. steroids
4. aspirin
5. antacids

yes i think its post operative hypertensive case so antihypertensives...
