Urine Sample tender prostate and dysurea ???

a young man with dysurea and tender prostate with seminal fluid show no organism and only neutrophil what is the organism ??????

i think gonococcus should show intracellular gram negative bacilli. Rather chlamydia is the one thats -ve on gram stain.

me too think chlamydia because it is intracellular organism so appear in no organism in it but Gonococal is G- diplococci

ik read a similar question in q book..where no org was detected and the answer was gonococcal but let me check the book n the exact question again.. u could be right

why would TB just cause acute prostatitis or a urinary infection just that suddenly. There must be a prodrome of fever, night sweats and weight loss and TB does not even figure into the top 10 of UTI's etiology. And moreover, it they want the answer as TB, they will tell you stuff like Acid fast stain, PPD, immigrant, etc.. but TB NEVER presents ALONE as a urinary tract infection.
