Default "OUT OF PROPORTION " as a clue in solving q in ck

here is my list where i find out of proportion as a clue to nail down answer...plase add to the list list...

1. abdomen pain to signs...mesenteric ischemia
2. arm pain to signs.......compartment syndrome
3. aggressive act to stressor....intermittent impulse control disorder
4. generalized symptoms are out of proportion to signs...heroin intoxication
5. joint pain out of proportion to signs ....SLE [ non deforming arthritis]
6. clinical features[coma] are out of proportion to the CT findings in....diffuse axonal injury
7. hyperesthetia post # out of proportion to physical finding....sympathetic dystrophy
8. anxiety respone is out of proportion ….adjustment disorder[person cant function]
9. worry is out of proportion and to many aspects....GAD
10. “toxic look” out of proportion to lab results.....RMSF
11. pain and tenderness out of proportion to rest of physical findings in Necrotizing fascitis
12. degree of microcytosis is out of proportion to anemia....thalassemia.
