ObGyn Treatment of HELLP syndrome

In MTB-3 it is written delivery regardless the gestational age
In usmle world it is delivery if she is 34 weeks or more??

It's controversial,

Some people say >34 weeks, some people say any gestational age.

However, the rule is, in sever preeclampsia, delivery is always better for the mother. The issue here is the fetus.

If the hospital can take care of a 28 weeks baby, then deliver. But if that's not possible, then it's better to wait for fetal maturity.
