What is the first step in the management of this patient?

the best initial step in management,in this case will be the CT scan without contrast...to exclude hemorrhagic stroke. if it will be non-hemorrhagic then the best initial therapy within the first three hours will be the use of tpa (thrombolytics )

CT scan. IIf normal and no contraindications for tPA, then tPA.

Guys you are correct. The answer:
4. CT scan without contrast, you need to do that to role out hemorrhage.
