Question Treat hypertension or stop smoking for abdominal aneurysm!

FA-CK says Hypertension control MOST important factor for Abdominal Aneurysm control!!
UW says Smoking cessation - and cites one article .

Confused!.

As we know smoking is the most important risk factor for AAA, in that sense UW may be right.
