Default Shelf IM Question on Spec. and Sensitivity. Help please.

I got this question correct but more of a guess ... Trying to wrap my mind around this or maybe I thinking too deep.

Is this saying more people would test positive for MI due to the increase (Including more people that have MI). I thought sensitivity and specificity are not population dependent.

Any help would be appreciated ... thanks!

Here is the question from what I remember.

Test for MI, the upper limit of normal (CK) MB fraction increased from LT 4% total CK to LT 7% total CK. Effect on sensitivity and specificity?

Answer: Decreased Sens and Increase Spec.
