Kids Developmental Milestones for the CK Exam

Hi
I want help. I want to know is there any notes or link about gross and motor, social development chart etc as in Kaplan book only 2 pages that are not enough once I have seen a link here now I couldn't find it so can anyone help

well ., when child start to pick objects from ground without losing off balance? kqb asked that too...
