Default cardiogenic shock parameters ?

ok, one more mistake in mtbck .
they have given cardiogenic shock(pg 382) :low cardiac output ,low PCWP/LVEDP
It should be low cardiac output, high PCWP/LvEDP esp if it is due to left venticular failure as LAP is increased ,increasing the PCWP n most of the times LVEDP.
correct me if I m wrong .

You're wrong and right
Wrong because the table on page 382 actually says INCREASED LVEDP/PCWP.
Right because you explained it right

page 36 under treatment initiation criteria...errata says to correct cd4 count to 500 where as KLN say 350...so does mtb3

when your are done with the exam just campare the errata with your book..by the way i have 2011 edition and page 382 actually says DeCREASED LVEDP/PCWP. i think they made corrections to same edition

They must have corrected some stuff. Interesting....
As far as the CD4 count, it's 350 (although MTB says 500, also my edition)!
