Question Seasonal allergic rhinitis

I found this Q in the web, I would like to share it with you guys.

A 21-year-old female presents to the clinic complaining of generalized fatigue. over the past few weeks,. He also reports that this happens to him just about every year. His symptoms include sneezing, post-nasal drip, eye watering, and a itch of his posterior pharynx. These symptoms tend to be worse in the spring and summer. His past medical history is remarkable. He takes no regular medications but does take diphenhydramine on occasionNo tobacco, ethanol, or illicit substance use. Which of the following is the most appropriate diagnostic test at this time?
1) Blood radioallergosorbent test
2) The diagnosis is based solely on the history and physical examination
3)Serum protein electrophoresis
4)Skin-prick testing.

This might help in the diagnosis, but I do think it is a confirmatory test.
