what is d cut off value for antiboday titre above which Rho GAM is not administrated even if mother is Rh _ive?

i think, it's more than 1.4 ( where the patient is considered as sensitized ), however if titre level reaches to 1.16 ( serial amniocentesis should be done ).

The patient is considered sensitized if she´s a titer of more than 1:4.
If the titer is less than 1:16, nor further Rx is necessary.
If it reaches 1:16 at any point of the pregnancy, you should start with serial amniocentesis to determin: 1. fetal blood group, 2. fetal bilirrubin level, and then go from there.
