Default Jarisch-Herxheimer reaction

A 42 YO female admitted with high fever, cough, photophobia & bradycardia. The patient described camping in the Grand Canyon. Geimsa stained thick blood film showed spirochetes. Diagnosis of tick borne relapsing fever is made. Treatment with penicillin is initiated. The patient condition deteriorated, high fever, rigors, myalgia, after 24 Hrs the patient started to improve, the physician, considered, Jarisch-Herxheimer reaction. This reaction may occur during the treatment of which of the following infections?.
1. syphilis.
2. Relapsing fever. 3.Lyme disease.
4. Tuberculosis. 5. Brucellosis. 6. Spirochetes infections.
7. All of the above.

The correct answer is: all of the above.
I idea behind this Q is to emphasize the fact that this reaction can occur in many infections when you start destruction of the micro organisms by antibiotic.
