Question H Pylori Eradication Therapy?

Ok, there are many guidelines and treatment combinations out there. But which regimen should we answer for the sake of USMLE Step 2 CK?

Default PPI + Amoxicillin + Clarithromycin

Omeprazole + Amoxicillin + Clarithromycin is now the recommended therapy by the AAFP and it's what the USMLE is after.
The other regimens are second choice therapies.
