ObGyn Ca of vagina or cervix in 8 y old?

In kaplan gyn it says ca vagina or cx(sarcoma botryoids) as one of the cause for premenarchal bleeding. so is ca is common at this young age as 8 y old?? If yes then what other ca are found at this age??

by sarxoma botryoides..i think they meanthat if inthe 8 yrsold ..u find bleeding pv then u should think of this ca..of course the number one to rule out is sexual abuse .....about what toher ca can be commonly found in thisage group in diff parts of the body...i think that is a very good question ...w can start a thread on thisand ask everyone t ogive their inputsabout the most commno and the least commno ca found in paediatric age group

The two that I know:
1. Botryoid rhabdomyosarcoma
2. Endodermal sinus tumor of the vagina in children (usually infants aged 9 and 17 months)Vaginal EST has a very poor prognosis

Also vaginal clear cell ca in girls who were exposed to DES in utero.
