Unhappy Exam Anxiety; Can't fall asleep

Exam in 12 days.. and cant fall asleep.

I havent used any sleep aid so far except for melatonin because of the side effect profile.. but melatonin is not helping me staying asleep. I have just been able to get 3-4 hrs sleep since the past 5 nights.. Its really affecting my mental functioning.

Which Sleep aid should i use.. is Zolpidem/Zaleplon advisable? I read it causes memory loss as a side effect..?

Anyone with a similar situation out there?

I am having BREAK DOWN GUYS!

I take Benadryll (Diphenhydramine) when having trouble falling asleep. I am aware that this is not good sleep hygiene. It might make you feel drowsy the next day.

yup, that's good advice, u may take Diphenhydramine , take 50mg as a single dose one hour before ur sleep. And it's better to take it with milk or food as it may cause stomach upset as well.
