USMLEWorld Not happy about my UW score at all.

I have 2 months till my test and I don't know what to do about UW. I started it recently after finishing IM. Doing only IM q's and the highest I've scored so far is 64% on q's. ranging from 56-64%. Can't seem to improve even after reviewing all the questions and my weakest areas. This is kinda scaring me now bec I am running out of time. My day is consumed with reveiwing the answers to the block I did and I can barely fit in doing a quick review from Kaplan/MTB. Please help ... I am starting to lose confidence that I can do this, especially when I read that the actual exam is harder/longer than UW. ANY ADVICE?!?!

never let usmle world score define you . I know many who crush the board with great score and previously score badly in UW . my friend last week recieve his score 244 and his uw overall score 57 but keep in your mind he never look at uw as negative factor he told I am in learning process and I know I need study more to improve it
good luck

Thank you so much for your reply. I feel I will be walking into this exam with UW and then UW and little of Kaplan. I bought the series, thought I would be able to read it all at least once..now I don't see that happening. I have lost many days of prep bec my son has been and still is very sick...complete prep is becoming more difficult in achieving at this point.
Can you advice me on what your friend used for prep and what he relied on the most? Thanks.
I appreciate input from anyone who can offer it.
