Info Other Examination History and Applicant Number

I am FMG!

I passed Step 1 one Exam, and I trying to fill out the online part application for Step 2 CK, but I do not know how to answer the question no: 5 which says:

Item 5. Other Examination History and Applicant Number

Have you ever submitted an application to the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME) for a Part or Step examination? Yes

No

Note: If you previously submitted an application to NBME, you must answer "Yes" to this question, even if you submitted the application under a different name or if you did not take the exam for which you applied. If you do not answer this question accurately, this may result in a finding of irregular behavior. See ECFMG Policies and Procedures Regarding Irregular Behavior in the ECFMG Information Booklet.

I need your opinion because I am confused with NBME!

Thank you very much!

Waiting for your help

All the best,
