Idea! Annotating Kaplan CK Notes into MTB-CK

Any one try CK prep with annotating Kaplan CK Notes into MTB-CK and using that for the 2nd, 3rd, and so on readings? If so; is it a good system?

Thanks in advance.

So basically after reading KLN (some subjects twice, some once), I moved on to MTB3 and if I found some areas where i just had to add explanations to my MTB3 I did add. otherwise i moved on to UW offline and Kaplan CK Qbank + NMS qbook + LANGE qbook + FA for step 2 ck + UW notes + Kaplan offline (all depends on my mood and which i wanted to attempt on that day. sounds like a handful!

Yeah, it's MTB 2. I wouldn't recommend anything at this point since I just started my CK process. Step 1 just wrapped up a few weeks ago; I used the Taus method and was very pleased with the score. I thought a similar approach maybe warranted for CK. I'll see what I can do about snagging what you mentioned offline before I go ahead and sign up for the online versions. Is there any point to taking an NBME before I start as a baseline?

Default Annotation

I started my second reading 3 weeks ago (I'll finish it today) and I kept taking notes in a separate notebook (the margins of MTB-CK are not enough at all specially I started to take notes after I did Kaplan qbank twice, one offline and one online so I had a good experience about the high yield areas that are attractive for the questions makers )
MTB is a good book but doesn't make stress on those secret questions that I guess make you get the charming 99 ,, wish me good luck guys

No ,, I realized before starting my preparation that I'll have to start a second reading at some point ,, but I just didn't realize it will be an important part of my plan to improve my performance in the Qbanks
