Non-pitting edema is observed when the indentation does not persist. It is associated with such conditions as lymphedema, Lipoedema and myxedema.

The correct answer is C.
the non pitting edema of her legs is likely the result of lymphedema. This may cause discomfort or pain in her legs but not the hypesthesia. The most likely cause of her peripheral neuropathy is the carboplatin toxicity.

i did get this question wrong also my choice was the lymphedema, for me i thought he was asking about the cause of the pitting edema not the pain and the numbness.

gd luck guys
